    Copy and paste slow in Vista fix?

    Im new to vista and realised first hand that copy and paste in vista is quite a **** thing. Anyone has any fix or suggestion?

    M$ says SP1 should make some difference.

    The worst part of Vista's copy/paste functionality for me was the fact that it took forever estimating the time needed to transfer, and then an even longer time for the actual transfer. Updating to Vista SP1 completely got rid of the time that it took to estimate the time needed. So overall, file transfer times are significantly improved from the original Vista with SP1.
