    Contrast???

    How do you change the contrast of the screen of the inspiron 6400? I know thers a quick key to change the brightness but I cant figure out how to change the contrast! (if ther is a way)

    You mean like changing the gamma of the screen?

    Powerstrip or Adobe Gamma should do the trick.

    Fn+F ??...check the little blue labels on the F keys...two of those will toggle it.

    ONly software can change the contrast like adobe gamma or ATI, Nvidia driver. The laptop can only change brightness by it self. Press Fn+ Up arrow button to increase brightness.
