    On my product list page, under contract type it says "ND". Before it used to say 5. Does anyone know what these mean?

    ND = Next Business Day
    NW = Nights & Weekends

    If I'm correct, that is.... :eek:

    Click on the +XXX (days) next to your Contract type > Under "Contract Expiration" and it opens up a description of "Additional Contract Details". :)

    For mine, my Contract type is: NW = Next Business Day/Includes Nights/Weekends, Complete Care, XPS Technical Support.

    Thanks. Mine shows Next Business Day Support and XPS Technical Support. No complete care. What do I miss out from that?

    Dell Complete Care covers Accidental Damage Coverage...which is what I have.

    In case, I drop..spill something, etc..it's covered...These things which I am proven prone to. It's already happened. (My Mum likes calling me "Grace".. :eek: :rolleyes: :p :rolleyes:

    Alright. But with my warranty they're still liable for faulty hardware right? Like the overheating M1530.
