Dell really needs to get the CSR problems fixed! Each time I call the CSR starts with the mumbling calculations, they do it every time. Counting days, or shippments and it seems as though they are just pretending to check your order. It seems as though they don't even know when you order. I just need to know when it will be shipped and if they can't tell me, who is?
