    Hi, I just did a clean reinstall of XP on my e1705, and I need the Sonic CD that should come with the laptop so I need a way of reaching Dell, preferably through phone. I have scoured their website for a phone number, and the only thing they seem to have is the fee-based Dell on Call, or the chat rooms are too busy. Can anyone of you pass along the number when you called to Dell to get the Sonic CDs?? Thanks.

    You're either going to have to go through the chat rooms or hardware support since you didn't buy Dell OnCall.

    I highly reccomend contacting them through chat, they are very supportive and you don't have to decipher accents. :)

    Thanks for the fast replies, I just got off the chat with the rep., was actually able to get in. He helped me really fast and the Sonic CD is being sent out!
