How do you get it to work? I connected my notebook to the TV and set the TV to s-video (there is only one S-V so I know its the right setting)... but nothing happened.

I went into the display properties and noticed there were two moniter settings... I dont know if that has anything to do with it or not. Also the second moniter was set to 640x480, which makes me think that setting is specificaly for TVs... but I dont know.

How do I get my notebook display on the TV? :3

its probably because you did not extend your monitor to the second screen. If you right click on your desktop, then go into settings it will show the two monitors, there is a little checkbox to extend the screen. Sometimes it helps when you click "identify monitors"

Tried FN+F4? I am not sure if F4 is the proper key to toggle!

    Hi Fredrick,
I am having Dell Vostro 1500 laptop and tried connecting to Sony WEGA 29' TV. The TV monitor got identified but there is no display. Can you able to help in this context?

    Thanks
    Vijay

    Press Fn+F8

if that doesn’t work then go to nvidia Control Panel > Display > Setup Multiple Displays. There should be a similar option for X3100 Intel graphics cards under advanced driver properties too.
