Hi there,
In desperation I'm now posting on this forum after literally hours of trying to sort this out with various technical support lines - i'm out of ideas!
I've connected my dell xps laptop via VGA cable to my 37C3030db Toshiba LCD. This is fine and the picture is perfect - however when there is a lot of motion i.e. on a DVD, playing a game etc the image is fine on the laptop, but on the tv i get what I can only describe as a momentary horizontal line and slight break up like a lagging effect, especially when there is a lot of panning. I've never had this problem before. Toshiba said it might be the clock phase but I've played around with this to no avail, and now I've been told it might be something to do with the laptop signal.
If anyone can shed any light on this annoying problem I would be so greatful - I bought the laptop so I could use it as an entertainment centre with my tv, but this is really frustrating!
Thanks

Yeah kind of like that but more so with one line through where there is motion almost like the screen is temporarily divided into a top and bottom section that aren't synced up properly.
Connecting XPS to Toshiba LCD TV motion problem please please help!
