Confusion on Dell india site

Hi Guys... I do check this for any latest reviews but register resently... I am iin search of a laptop and will go either M1530 or 1720.. But in in dell india site it blocks almost every laptops to customozation and the call rep are telling me that there will be a huge change in Dell range...So my question is Is it worth to wait sometime??? Do we expect a better deal in next 1 month.. (I am not in hurry so if there is better deal then I can happly wait).. My expected config is below..
T7250 processor
2GB/3GB(if budge permit) RAM
nvidia 8600GT
160GB 7200rpm harddisk
2yr completeCover
I will be happy if I can get XPS M1530 within 60000 INR (about $1300) with this config.. Currently it will cost me about 65000 INR assuming that rep will give me a 8% debt.

 

You can ask for a discount and bargain with the rep, atleast you may get a better config for the same price.

 

Well I know about the problem. But I don't think thats due to the change. And Is sell guy giving you a discount on XPS. I was told that on XPS no discount is possible. Please reply

 

@Crazy Kidd... nop. promotional discount is only for inspiron.. Not in xps.. The sell rep is telling me that they will give a 8% discount if I take 3 yr completeCover.. otherwise I will have a 5% discount...So my current config is inspiron 1520 with
T7250 processor
2 GB RAM
160GB 7200 RPM harddisk.
1440x900 truelife lcd
256mb 8600GT card
3 yr complete Cover
This all in a price of 58800 INR..
I have just asked for the quotation and still in confusion.. Sould I go for it or Should I wait till 25 jan(exp date of the current config in Dell site is jan 25).
