    Alright, so looking back on what I ordered... I thought I was getting a small, thin, vaguely y-shaped remote that would fit into the front left slot on the laptop. I ordered the home premium remote control and that is the little picture which popped up (now, no pictures come up in the config tool)... the remote that actually came is bigger than my cable box remote.

    What did I do wrong? It certainly doesn't look like the picture.

    Did I want the dell travel remote? THAT one always came up as no picture, just the stock picture of an internal card that's coming up for all of them now.
    I certainly don't want the one I have -- it is huge! I just wanted the one to take up the little slot and allow me to, if I wanted, pop it out and keep it on a hotel nightstand if I'm watching a movie or listening to music.

    Edit: I found the info, and so I can append: I *did* want the travel remote, but the picture for what I picked was wrong. I guess I'll just call dell and complain.
