I had two 1520's that had to be returned. Dell arranged for UPS to pick up the package and I was handed a customer receipt. The second system was terrible so I requested to have it returned and I was told they would send me a prepaid shipping label to my email address.

Well, I actually received two shipping labels. One has the description of "1520" and the other says "HD AUDIO 2.0" and they both have different return addresses. I just affixed the 1520 description label to the box and I am ignoring the "HD AUDIO 2.0" label.

However, when I looked back at the ups customer receipt of the first 1520 that UPS picked up, the package contents description says "HD Audio 2.0". Am I screwed now. The returned address is Lockbourne, OH while the return address on the other label was Lavergne, TN.

Where did the 1520 you returned originally ship from?

Mine shipped from Texas, and Dell gave me a return label that shipped it back to Texas.

If you think you used the wrong label, I guess you could call Dell up and ask if it matters.
