Hi all,
I ordered an Inspiron 640m/e1405 over the phone on the 22nd. With all of the upgrades and changes I made, I'm anxious to see that the rep. got everything right.
He said he would email me a confirmation of payment with the full specs. of the machine "right away", but now more than two days later I havent received anything..
Also, when I try to call Dell, they attempt to connect me with my salesperson, but he never picks up the phone and he hasnt returned voicemail.
Any suggestions?

i did get an order number... how would i access the online chat?? would they need my machine's service tag or anything like that?

Mine took like 4 business days to actually show up so...but I live in Canada...the U.S site seems to have more updates

i talked to someone in "post-sales" after a lot of call transferring and being put on hold. he just sent me the email.
