I got a Dell Inspiron 9300 a few weeks ago. I ordered 2yr CompleteCare a couple of days later. Today, I dropped the 9300. The LCD, case, and DVD Drive are totaled.

    Two questions:
    1. Will Dell fix a computer that is totaled so soon after ordering the computer?

    2. What will Dell do to fix my laptop (repair/replace it?) ?

If you got complete coverage, this will include accident cover, which means they will either fix or replace it. I bought my 700m without it, the day after ordering a Dell person called me and after giving him the third degree about all possible accidents and breakage, I paid an extra $348 Aussie dollars for 3 years warranty, accident cover, and 1 yr free theft cover.
