    Hello,

    Does anyone here have any experience with Dell Complete Care? I'm just wondering if my laptop were to have an accident at this point, what they would replace it with. Do they keep a big backstock on older models?

    i called and complained about a broken hinge and over-heating....
    i was using a e1705 and they sent me a better and brand new 1720
