    Hi,

I tried to order a Studio 17 Core i7 laptop by phone last week, but kept getting cut off. Finally, someone told me to place the order through internet, and they would adjust my options as discussed by phone.
Okay, did that. Nothing has been changed and I have to pay over 1300 euros (which I already have) and no adjustments have been made. Couldn't adjust over the internet, since some options are only available by phone.
Calling doesn't help, they tell me to send an e-mail, mailing doesn't help, get no response. Sigh, is it that difficult to communicate?
All I'm asking is for a FullHD screen, backlit keyboard and another graphics card.
Sorry, just had to blow off some steam. They just don't get it...

the fastest way to correct your order is to cancel it and ask for a new one.
