I am trying to trouble shoot my friend's computer, it is a Dell Inspiron 1525 and the printer is a Dell V305. Every time she tries to print it says Communication Not Available... I searched google and read to reinstall the driver which I did, installed the latest driver, and installed the net framework. Nothing worked... The only other thing I can think of is use a back up point... Anyone have this before? Any ideas?

I assume you've tried a different USB port and a different USB cable? Does Windows even see the printer at all?

Yes I have tried different USB ports and different USB cables. The computer sees the printer just fine, it is just when I send it a print job I get an error saying Communication Not Available.... I have tried every trick in my book and am at loss...
