Does anyone know of any pictures where I can take a look at what the supposed "snap-on" colour kits for the Dell i6000 will look like? I think I remember seeing a post with a link on it somewhere that might have had something to do with this, but I can't find it again for the life of me. I got the Med. Blue one for my i6000...

Oh, I think you'll find it's hard for me to take offense to anything! Lol. I got mine thrown in with a deal I got, it was interesting, and I just wanted to see it, having not seen any actual photos of what the colour was actually going to be like. I have no doubts in my mind about the banality of this panel, but hey, at least it'll give me a change of pace when I get bored with grey, right? Lol. Thank you for that link as well, it helps a lot!

Too bad I don't think they make a carbon fiber snap-on that resembles the lid of the Precision M70 -- that would've been kinda sweet...

I'm half tempted to take a spray gun and give the cover a make over. lol

    cheers,

"Lol" means "Laughs Out Loud"! It's sort of a reflection on how some people(at least I) tend to chuckle when they speak...I know I do all the time, I'm a generally happy person! [ :D] I'm looking forward to getting my i6000, hopefully by Wednesday, according by Dell Customer Service who emailed to tell me why my order is taking so long (popularity, apparently). Yeah, the colour snap-on panel will be cool to have for a little change of scenery, and I think a free 128 MB USB Key is coming with my laptop too, but it doesn't matter because I already have a Lexar JumpDrive Elite that I've been using for almost a year now...anyway, I'm going to try to be patient...

K thanks means Ok Thank you
LMAO means Laughing my A$$ off

That's all I can think of...I never use them other than a lol once in a while.

Yeah, I don't really use anything other than "Lol", which is for when I'm feeling especially chuckly. The other ones seem a little...over the top to me. Anyway, I have the photos of the colour panels now, thank you to everyone who helped me out, I know I'm a hyperly overeager person...
