Hello all, just got my Inspiron 1420 yesterday and I LOVE IT!!!!! The screen is BEAUTIFUL (no grain) and there are no problems with the headphone ports, I have yet to find anything that's not perfect other than a very small wobble on the 9 cell battery.

So, as for my question. How would you reccomend cleaning the Inspiron 1420? Especially the Microsatin paint on the top.

    Any input would be appreciated.

Ok, but what sort of cleaning liquid? Water, Windex, Alcohol free LCD screen cleaner, glasses cleaner, etc.?

Oh well...I don't use any liquid. Just the cloth does the trick

If you are cleaning just the back of the screen and you have some dirt on it you can use a slightly damp cloth to get dirt off.
