What would people recommend to clean the outside of my Dell Latitude D620 of paw marks and also the screen?

You can get a microfiber cloth, and use it to get the dust and dirt off. For finger prints and things like, you can lightly dampen the cloth or buy some screen wipes from any electronics store.

If you have a glossy screen, you'll want to let the screen wipe to dry for about 20-30 seconds or ring it out - to get all of the excess fluid out, before you wipe your screen. If you don't do this, then'll you have streak marks which can be annoying.

If you have a matte screen, you can use the screen wipes without any hassle.
