Went to Frys, picked up the Klearscreen cleaner that clearly says for LCD computer screens including Dell. Cleaned the screen. Left full of streaks.
Called the company. They said Dell screens are different and thats not the right stuff. They said I need a certain cloth. There was an extra cloth in the kit I got that they said should clean it. It made it better but the screen still doesnt look TOTALLY clean. And I have rubbed quite a bit and hard enough that Im worried its too hard.

Who out there is getting their 9100 screen crystal clean and how are you doing it?
