    When I get my new computer will I need to back up anything when I do a clean install, as it's a new system and theres nothing important to me on it?

    If you have the Windows Vista Reinstallation DVD along with the Drivers and Utilities CD then that's pretty much all you'll need.

    If you don't have another computer (connected to the internet), then make sure you at least download all the drivers/software required after the clean install.
