Is there any significant performance difference between the
    Intel Core™ 2 Duo T7250 (2 GHz, 2 Mo de mémoire cache L2, FSB 800 MHz) and
    Intel Core™ 2 Duo T7500 (2,20 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 4 Mo de cache L2)?

The latter is 110 EUROS more costly than the former.

The most intensive application I use is Photoshop.

    Thanks in advance!

If you got the money go for the 2.2 110 euros you can put to good use else where.
I have a 2.0 and I'm happy with the performance of it.

T7250, best deal IMO. Gets you ahead of the slower CPU's without spending the extra on the extra multiplier of the 7500 (though it does have more cache too).

That 2MB cache boost will be a bigger deal than the .20gHz but not enough really to warrant that much money.

Also get yourself the minimum RAM on purchase and spend the money on after market RAM. That will give the biggest boost to Photoshop. Also you can see some improvement with a 7200 rpm drive, but again not a lot.

In my case I do remote video editing and won't be skimping on the processor, memory, graphics or HD.

    Thanks for your opinions!

I also have one more question. Might we see Intel's Penryn (45nm) processors in the M1330 anytime next year? If so, then I'm willing to wait.

I sort of ask that question. here is the deal I think Penryn would like Merom was to Conroe. P945 Socket

Just wait until there is a BIOS release and Swap it! that is what i'll be doing!
