I sent in my Inspiron 1520 for repairs and I was wondering, is there any possible way to check on its status?

And how will I know when they're done and its shipped back to me?

Would you mind telling us what needs repairing? I have an Inspiron 1520; I'm kind of curious about yours.

    ATR90:

Something under the keyboard was damaged while I was replacing the keyboard (a key popped out and couldn't be fixed). I'm not sure what was damaged though.

    And B2TheEYo:

Do you know or anyone else know whether or not dell has a good reputation of returning our goods in the same shape that it was before, after repairs? ._.

    DAMNIT.. Was wrong.. LOL

crayons, personally, I don't know. I refuse to send anything of mine back to vendors/manufactures because I know what there like. And have reviewing a lot of complaints and comments by people who have depot and in home service warranties, they don't sound all too gentle.
