    Charging the battery

    Does the battery continue to charge after the battery indicator light goes off on the laptop?

    On most Dells, the light will flash for the last 15% or so. When the light is off it shouldn't be charging, but it may top it up as it drains (all batteries lose some power when doing nothing).

    It usually has a auto cut off when its fully charged.
