Hey everyone I have a quick question here. I have a dell latitude D610 with 2gb of memory. They shared video memory is only at 8mb and I would like to increase it. I have the intel 915GM shared video in the laptop. The properties say the maximum is 128mb. I have tried every different bios versions and each one gives no option to change it in the bios. I could not find anything in the Intel Graphics Properties in windows. How can I increase the shared video memory?

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

No software or BIOS update is going to change it. The GMA 900 (that is what you have) will ask for more memory if/when it needs it. You only have 8MB used because it only needs 8MB to render all your applications. It will up it only if you need it, and give it away when it does not.
