I just got my M1530 today and installed 2 gigs of ram in it. I downloaded the latest drivers from laptopvideo2go and checked the properties of the driver and it looks like its taking up 767mb of shared memory. Is there a way to reduce this? I already looked into to bios and can't find any settings related to shared memory.

The card can take UP TO 767MB, but only if needed. Right now just rendering the desktop, its taking at most 8MB.

Also, you cannot change the amount by editing/tweaking a driver.

if it isn't broken, don't fix it.. unless you're overclocking lol

it probably doesn't matter unless you feel it's really bringing your computer down.
