    Can anyone give me a link to a site where it shows me how to change the ram/memory in the laptop ? I just ordered 2 Gigz from Newegg. Thanks.

    It is in your Dell User Manual pdf but I can give you a quick rundown: After taking out the battery and mains plug carefully open the clips on each side of existing ram (if you need to remove any). The chip should pop up to about 45 degrees. Pull that out from the edges. Take your new chip and insert it into the module at the same angle you took the other out and gently push it down until it clips in. Make sure that the clips are all the way on. Repeat with the second chip. Put the battery and power cord back in and start up. It shoudl come up with a screen saying memory changed. If you did it improperly the computer will not start up. If that is the case just check that the clips are on and the ram is pushed in all the way.
