Time to time my internet stops working. I then have to click the Diagnose and repaire button. After i do that all my setting get changed. I have to put back my fav list, my background, my internet options, and many more things. This gets very frusterating because i have to go throught the process of changing everything back they way i like it. why does this happen and how can i stop it from happening againe?

Do not click "Diagnose and repair"

When something like this happens, I usually just close all windows and open up a new one and all is fine again.

If you are using Explorer, try using Mozilla, as it maybe software related to IE

I guess I would try Firefox. I don't know too much about IE cuz I hate it so I've been using Firefox ever since.
