I called Dell to get pricing on an E1505 laptop. The woman who helped me gave me a quote, and told me I better take the price she was offering, because it might not be available for long. After 5 minutes of internet research I found a coupon for $300 off. I wanted to buy Dell because of name recognition and had always been top of the line in my mind. How wrong I was.
I am on my 3rd hard drive, my 2nd Screen, my 2nd video card, and my 3rd power cord. At my best estimate, I have spent between 30-40 hours on the phone and internet with Dell to get my laptop to work properly. I have been lied to and strung along. I sent multiple emails that have not been answered. I had to spend money on shipping because Dell sent my laptop to the wrong address.
I recently found out that Dell has settled with 46 states for $3.85 million to cover the costs of an investigation into their trade practices and customer refunds. You can find more information at: http://www.jsonline.com/newswatch/37453499.html.
You can make up your own mind concerning the type of PC you purchase. Caveat Emptor.

Just so you know that form is only for Wisconsin residents. Other states will have to figure out if they were included and their respective form.
