Hi everyone.
I have an inspiron 1150, I've had it for a while, but I left it at a friend's house for a few months. Well I got it back about 2 months ago, and when I tried to start it, after the bios loading screen(with the options for setup[F2] and boot menu[F12]), a screen pops up with a white background, black text, and gray borders for the text. My screen is cracked pretty bad but as far as I can tell, this is what it says.

My friend said that this screen popped up the first time he tried to start it, after I had left it there, but I've never seen this message before this. Unfortunatly I'm not sure if, by administrator, they mean the administrator account on the welcome screen or not, but even if it did, its been so long since I've used my laptop, I've forgotten the account passwords. I have about 10gb of music on there that I hope I can get back, but I can't get past that screen. I can't access the bios setup or the boot menu, I tried installing an older version of windows, but that didn't work. I've tried every password I can remember ever using, but nothing. Please tell me, is there anything I can do? Preferably without formatting the hard drive?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Did you try the password: Admin, Administrator or just leaving it blank?
Have a look here and try it out to see if it helps you. -
Unfortunatly, when this laptop was bought for me, it did not come with an xp disc. Also, Its not the welcome screen I can't get passed, windows doesn't even get a chance to load. I get this message right after the screen with the options of bios setup(F2) and boot menu(F12). I can't access either of these, so I'm not sure if the computer would even boot from the disc.
Cant start my inspiron 1150
