I for whatever reason, am unable to rate my computer. I just wanted to run it to see exactly how it scored, and I cannot figure out why. I am told that this feature is found in the "Performance Information and Tools" section in the Control Panel; however, it seems I cannot access this. If anyone knows what I am doing wrong, please shed some light on the situation.

go into control panel and click "system" you should be able to click next to where it would normally show the score or it says this system is not yet rated or something like that.. that will bring you to the "Performance Information and Tools" area and you will have the option there

Nope the option does not show even when I enter in through that way. Any other suggestions?

Yes, I am signed in with Administrative power. So honestly I cannot figure out why it is not allowing me to run the benchmark. Ugh, this isn't even important, but would still like to run it just to see what it would score.

It didn't let me rate my laptop when I was running on battery.
Aside from that, I don't know why it wouldn't let you do it
