Can a Dell order placed today be cancelled tomorrow if they come out with a better deal?
-
Yes... this shouldn't be a problem. Although you might be able to "price-match" too...
-
Thanks. I'm worried they may drop the free hard drive upgrade & ram upgrade tonight, so hate taking a chance on waiting until tomorrow
-
LOL... ok.
-
How about editing a shipping address? First time I've ordered off Dell. It's through EPP so I'm not sure how to login.
-
You must call in and get your shipping address changed.
-
You should be able to login with the e-mail address and password you registered with. I ordered through EPP as well, and I just log-in through their log-in screen. Sorry for the long url.

Alright so I was able to log in and add my order to the account (I think thats what it did) but now bill and shipping addresses both say N/A
-
Yea... it takes awhile for the shipping/billing addresses to sync with the system (took me two days or so). To have it changed though, you have to call and get it changed.
-
Mine says the same thing...Check the confirmation e-mail you recieved that is labeled "Dell Order Has Been Confirmed for Order Number: #######" You should see your information in there.
-
Alright I guess I'll call them tomorrow. I changed the shipping address from the billing address but I only changed the town and not the street. Doh!
-
No biggie... they should be able to change it without much fuss. Although... after the ton of m1330 crap I've been though ... i dunno anymore.
-
Yes, you can.
I had originally ordered a 1501 and then discovered a new promo on the 1520's and I canceled 3 days after placing my original order -
That promo has been around for over 2 weeks, and is currently scheduled to be around for at least another two
