I ordered a Studio 17 december 14th and I payed with my credit card.

The money was reserved for about 3 weeks then they charged it, the computer was still in the production-phase.

I cancelled the order about 2 weeks ago after still not getting the computer.

The problem is that I've mailed Dell about getting my money back, but they're saying that no money has been drawn from my account for that order.

A few days ago I sent them a mail with an attached picture of my credit card statement showing the payment. Still waiting for an answer (takes a week for them to answer, imo this is really not OK).

I've contacted my bank and they confirmed that the money has been drawn by Dell.

Also, they have no customer service in Sweden, they just connect you down to India or whatever.

Just wanted to share my experience, I wouldn't recommend Dell to anyone.
