This is actually rather funny....Back in January, I got a call from a Dell sales rep who convinced my to purchase their complete care package for a laptop I had bought a month earlier and they offered me a $75 coupon. I went ahead and got it, but after a few days, the status never showed online and after talking to several Dell reps, no one could tell me why so I canceled my order.
I got my credit card refund, but low and behold, about a week later, it showed up online that I had complete care service. I figured that like the time I initially ordered it, it would take a while to go away. Well, 3 months later, it hasn't. It still shows me as having complete care service.
Another surprise came this week in that I received my $75 coupon code.
I don't plan to spend the coupon as I have no doubt that eventually Dell would get their act together and figure out I haven't paid for this service nor do I deserve the $75 coupon, but I'm just amazed at how companies can do business so inefficiently and open themselves up to fraud!

It might seem that way online but when you talk to a Dell rep it will not be there. I have the same issue.
