Ok heres the story:
I canceled my order for the XPS M1530 on 08.08.08 and reordered my new configuration the same day. Few hours later I get an email saying the order was delayed because the money was blocked or something by my CC company. I called em up and they said they'll let the transaction to go through so I emailed Dell back like the instructions said too and waited for news. Today at 2PM I get the exact same email as the yesterday saying the order was delayed. I was about to call my CC company back but at 3PM I got another email responding to my reply saying the order was processed. I click on the order link and sure enough the status is 'in production'.
Now heres were the problems starts. When I check the status page I see that it says I have to log in to see my billing/shipping address. No problem with that but, when I log in and than go to see my orders; my new order doesn't show up. Instead I see the order I canceled which still shows a shipping/billing address and a price. The status says 'changed' I think thats fine cause my CSR I canceled with said it would take 24-28hrs to have my CC charges fixed so it might take just as long for the website to cancel it.
So in order to see my new order while logged in, I have to click on a order# link in my email after having signed it and than I can see my order with sipping and billing information. Problem is they both say N/A and in the corner where the price should be there is none.
Any idea what to do here? I've tried updating my billing/shipping address under my account information but the changes aren't reflected on my new order. And why can't I see my new order immediately after logging into my account, but I can see my canceled order? I think its important to mention I set up my 2nd configuration through slickdeals.net instructions in order to get a bigger deal which includes using a member ID from a school to make a purchase on possibly different division of Dell sales.

I know made some mistakes in my title and probably in my post. Sorry.

I know the amount of reading is a lot and scary, but I'd appreciate some suggestions.

No, its in the order, it just doesn't show up depending on how the CSR did it.
My advice for you is to request an invoice from that page and the invoice will indicate the shipping address. -

Requested Invoice but it keeps giving me the same problem of showing my canceled order as default. The purchase id and order numbers were automatically filled with the info from my canceled order and I had to go check my email to see the info for the new order.
This sucks. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to cancel this and end up with a laptop from a store. -
You seriously need to call Dell up and talk with them about this issue.

Yay! I got a response to my email and at first I was like wtf cause according to the rep she could tell I wanted to receive my order as soon as possible (its true but I didn't mention that in my email) so she upgraded me to next business day shipping. Luckily, she addressed my other issues and she said she moved my order number to my account so now I can see my order properly. Shows shipping and billing address along with all the prices. and next business day shipping.
