Hi, after reading countless threads and blogs on Dell's extremely poor customer service I'm paranoid that they might botch something. How soon will I get my money back? I was told 48 hours but I've read somewhere here that it might take a week. It's only been a few hours >__<. I want to re-order a laptop soon, should I proceed (I have enough money for another) or should I wait?

I cancelled my order yesterday at 1 pm. BY the time I check on my credit at 3 pm, it was refunded. They are pretty quick with DPA. They do say that it may take up to 24 hours.

It's totally YMMV. Anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks from my experience.
