Can orders still be cancelled through the Dell message board, or do you have to call them?

If you have to want more than 30 minutes on hold, go online and use the chat.

I recently ordered the I9300 but it got put on hold processing because I mistakenly misplaced some credit information that i thought still worked. I talked to them online chat and they were awsome with helping me out with it. I told them what happened and asked if i could just cancell it and try it again later when i get the right info, and right then and there. They cancelled the order with a positive open attitude.
They have some nice people that work there. -
If you ordered from Dell Home then you can cancel via Dell Chat. If you ordered from Dell Business then you have to call. I just fuond this out because I'm trying to cancel/change an order right now.
