Can anyone tell me why Canada is limited to only the 7100 1.8 GHZ 2MB Cache Intel Core Duo 2 processor? Is there anyway of upgrading to the 7300?
Also, has anyone received the mystery dell coupon in their email?

You can get the t7300 but it would be totally undiscounted. You need to choose the last configuration on the far right when given the list of 1520s and choose to customize that one. Nope no email yet
