    Canada dell website order status

    I recently purchased a notebook off of dell.ca. I received the order # and two emails, but when I go check out the order status on the dell.ca website, it gives me an error. The error said I should wait 24 hrs before seeing the order status so I did that. The other part of the notification said that I should check the next day and if it doesnt appear after 48 hrs that I should call. Well I did and i found out that it was in production, but the person didnt say anything about how I can look at the website to track my order. Is the dell.ca order status website down and not working because i keep trying and it doesnt show up

    they're really slow at updating the site...mine was on the first step for like a week and then the day it shipped, it updated as shipped, so it didn't update each step for me.

    Same here, took about 4 days for the site to accept my order.

    Mine doesnt even show whether its at the first or second stage. When I put in the order number and postal code, it just gives me an error. It doesnt put me to a page where it shows my order status. Does this part take time as well? Its been like 3 business days already

    It's normal, your notebook is probably still in Malaysia being put together or is on the way to Dell's Texas branch/HQ where it will be shipped to you.

    Ya, if I check "My Account" it shows that the order has shipped
    When they first put "shipping" on the status, does it mean it left from Malaysia or Texas or from the Purolator factory in my area?
