    Hi there,

I'm trying to access a flash drive on an Old Dell computer. I cannot access the Windows folders or install paths on the harddrive. I do believe the flash drives are installed, but they will not show up when put in the computer. The computer should be around 7 years old.

I can try to get more information out of the computer, I would just need to know where to find it (as it is not mine). It is a desktop and not a laptop BTW. It has never been formatted. Thank you for helping.
