    I ordered my 1330 last wednesday...

    Further Information
    Order Date: 05/09/2007
    Estimated Delivery Date (on or before this date): 22/10/2007
    Actual Shipment Date: 10/09/2007

    If so, Wow, I was expecting 6 weeks! I guess they must have had my spec ready for someone else... perhaps a cancellation(?)

    Oh well, I'm not complaining! Just thought I'd share my happiness with everyone. :)

    I like posts like these because there's some hope in knowing Dell have the capacity to deliver items quickly as opposed to the several weeks/months that I often hear on this forum.

    I don't even have my tracking number yet.

    I was also very surprised. I ordered via Dell France by phone on 24 August since I wanted an English OS and keyboard. They gave me a delivery date of 11 October. When I went to the web site just out of curiosity on Saturday it said it had just been shipped. I'll believe it when I see it but according to UPS there are really two packages on their way from Ireland!

    Yup, mines with 'Walsh Western' in Limerick, Ireland. Well, departed from Limerick at 5pm today apparently. :>

    And I'm in Strasbourg. According to UPS it's already reached "The Continent" in Eindhoven and is due to be delivered tomorrow.

    Yeah it has happened to me too, i ordered the 31/08 and "according to dell order status" it has shipped today... was very suprised :D
