This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I thank everyone for the advice and thoughts regarding the question ahead but am looking for someone who has done this.

    Is it possible to run 64Bit Vista from the power button and then turn it off and run Ubuntu 64 bit from the MediaDirect button? two laptops in one...would be great.

    I don't want to dual boot; I hate the wait and enjoy my under 30 second startups.
