I recently bought the wrong laptop from Dell over the internet on the 19th of August, My laptop was still in it's early initial stage. After 1 day of placing my order, i wanted to cancel the order as i still had plenty of time to cancel the order before it ships.

I called up customer support about canceling my order, they said they'll cancel it within 24 hours.

24 hours have passed and nothing happened. I got onto live chat, the operator confirmed to me that technically the order hasn't been canceled but would pass on an email to get it canceled, i waited and waited then after another 24 hours nothing still happens. I never received a cancellation email or anything of that nature, my order status has proceeded like normal, and now 5 days later of trying to contact customer support FOUR TIMES to put a hold on my order, they went ahead and shipped my laptop anyway.

Does Dell have a no cancellation policy? if so, why do they lie about it and play all these games until it's too late? that's just bad service, and im quite angry about this whole thing.
