    Hey,

I just tried to flash my XPS 16 BIOS and the thing freezed... so it won't boot anymore. Just called Dell to make an appointment with a tech guy next week.

Can that guy really help me? Or is my XPS doomed to be garbage from now on?

He will replace your mobo. I had this problem twice.

Tell him to replace your RAM also. Apparently that was the cause of mine.

No problem. When you comp is back in 1 piece, update your BIOS before he leaves.
