    Can I reach the fan without removing this screw?

    My screwdrivers couldn't remove the screw on the bottom right. Can I skip it or do I have to take it out? The laptop is a Vostro 3450. I want to remove the dust from the fan.

    I see removing that screw helps with removing the hinge cover. But I don't see how not removing the hinge cover will prevent me from reaching the fan. It's just a thing that surrounds the screen. I'll try again and see what happens.
