    No reason it shouldn't work. Just make sure you have the latest BIOS, etc.

    Don't be that rude. Like commander Wolf said. In theory it is possible. But only practice will tell.
    Nobody here represents Dell or so. We can't guarantee it will work in practice. That's it.

    Maybe someone with previous experience about changing the cpu in a 1373 can acknowledge it worked with his 1337?

    And BTW, yes the CPU will most likely work as others have said.
    There is no better forum. If somebody on another forum tells you that there is 100% chance of it working then they are stupid and don't know anything about stats.
