    Can I not cancel my laptop over the weekend?

    Their customer service chat is not available.

    I got impatient and picked up an HP Pavillion instead. Right now the Dell is still in building process, so if I canceled Monday and it got to shipping mode on that day it would suck.

    You can still "cancel" your order. However if you cancel it after it has shipped, it will be considered a "return." The only difference is that the package will arrive at your door, and you will have to refuse the package. You still have to contact Dell of course.

    I did this with my XPS about 3 weeks ago. I got full refund. I'm in Canada.
