    Hi,

I bought a Votro 1400 in mid-August but I had to go through 2 replacement system. My second one will arrive next week and i am out of the 30days return guarntee because of these replacement systems.

So the question is: Will I be able to make a return and get my money back if my 2nd replacement system also had a problem even thouhg I am out of the 30days????

I hope my 2nd replacement doesnt have any problems, but IF it does, I would definitely like to make a return.

    Please help

i think you should be able to return it. just tell them that the problem has been there the whole time, it's their fault they haven't solved it within 30 days! you should not have to pay them for wasting an enormous amount of your time by sending you defective products.

i am in the same situation. got a replacement with a terrible screen. now i'm sending it to the depot to get fixed. i made my csr promise that i would be able to return it for a full refund if the depot gives me another grainy screen. this is no absolute guarante, of course, but i think he will keep his word.
