Is it possible to be like "since I"m paying so much for this computer can I get an upgrade to Ultimate?"

Can I haggle AND still use coupon codes?

You aren't paying "so much for this computer" if you are using coupons ;)

You cannot haggle for operating systems.

can u haggle after using the epp discount?? I am in Canada
i am thinking about getting the m1330 but its 1 to 200 hundred dollars more expensive than what i am willing to pay even after epp discount. I really hope dell.ca would offer some free upgrades like the white led and ram

yeah, i doubt they would upgrade RAM, especially not the screen for free because it costs like $150. I couldn't get the guy to give me a processor upgrade for $50 and it cost $75!

some dell reps are cheap, apparently someone else wrote in another post that every dell sales rep can use 75 dollars of sale on you.
