    Can I choose the LCD manufacturer of D820?

    Hi, all

    I am configuring my D820 at dell's online store. It seems that there is no way to choose a brand of the screen. I was wondering if it's possible to call the customer service guy to get a specified brand, say sharp or phillips.

    Any experience and advice welcome!

    You can ask for a certain screen but theres not way of getting it for sure. If you ask though and don't get the screen you wanted atleast they will understand when you return it.
