    Can I change owner?

    it is possible to change owner?....because I bought my L702x throught Dell Partner.....so I cannot directly refund or exchange my system and service tag is writting for him...and my dell partner doesn´t help me....so last possibility is owner changing or is another way to exchange my xps?

    You will need to complete an Ownership transfer. Below link is for US based customers so you will need to look for the link on your regional dell site. Check under support and Ownership Transfer or Warranty Transfer.
